Summer Blossom Honey
This delicate, multi-floral award-winning  runny honey is made by our bees foraging on the meadows and wild hedgerows around Church Westcote in the Cotswolds. As raw and pure as you can buy, our honey is unpasteurised and coarse-filtered to retain its natural properties and beautiful taste!
 
Wildflower Soft Set Honey
This smooth, buttery honey is made by our bees foraging on rapeseed, hawthorn and cherry blossom in the spring around Church Westcote in the Cotswolds. Stirred for 24-48 hours before jarring to break down the honey crystals, it results in a lovely soft, creamy texture perfect for spreading on toast or stirring through warm porridge.
 
Borage Honey
This light and delicate floral honey is our first guest honey and is made by bees foraging on the borage fields in Shropshire, England. Also known as starflower, borage honey is very pale in colour and ideal for cheese boards or to sweeten your morning cuppa!
