Cotswold honey (runny)
Our multi-flora honey contains different nectar sources and as such the colour of the honey differs from apiary to apiary. From a light golden colour from lime and clover, through to a much darker horse chestnut nectar for example.
As a small beekeeping business, we take the utmost pride and passion in our bees and their precious honey. We cold extract and coarse strain straight from removing the honey off the beehives to ensure its premium, raw and natural quality. Our honey is never pasteurised.
All honey will granulate/crystalised over time and this shows its true quality. To return to a runny state, gently heat in warm water. Honey is best kept in the cupboard at normal room temperature. Please do not store in the fridge.

Cotswold honey (soft set)
One of our favourites, soft set honey is made by using a honey that has a fine crystal and therefore being able to control how the honey granulates. Instead of becoming crystallised and hard set, the honey is stirred for hours making a velvety smooth, almost butter-like and spreadable honey - perfect on toast or pancakes!
This honey comes from the rapeseed nectar from our early spring harvest. With its natuarally high glucose content, it is perfect to use for soft set honey. Colour may vary due to the different nectar sources and apiary we harvest from.
Honey is best kept in cupboard at normal room temperature. Please do not store in the fridge.
